Trauma, the workforce and the workplace: Implementing trauma informed approaches in mental health Care - Second Call for Abstracts.
ENTER Mental Health and the School of Nursing and Midwifery, Trinity College Dublin are making a second call for abstracts for their conference on 19.06.2025 in School of Nursing and Midwifery, Trinity College Dublin.
This will be a free conference. Abstracts are being sought on the theme of ‘Trauma, the workforce and the workplace: Implementing trauma informed approaches in mental health’.
The programme will feature keynote sessions, parallel sessions, poster presentations and interactive workshops. Submissions are invited for parties interested in each of these categories.
Participants are invited to submit abstracts for consideration under the following seven subthemes:
Prevention and resilience: supporting recovery and resilience
Understanding trauma, the workforce and its environment
Trauma and organisational change
Legal and ethical considerations - navigating the legal landscape of workplace trauma
Research methodologies for trauma in the workplace
Intersectionality and trauma in the workplace
The future of work - emerging trends impacting on trauma in the workforce
