Next generation MH researchers
ENTER held the "Next generation of Mental Health Researchers" Webinar on the 28th of November 2023, between 5 to 7 PM CET.
The speakers were:

Title: Resilience and job burnout in Polish school teachers in three time points during the COVID-19 pandemic: the moderating role of depressive symptoms.

Title: The impact of staff education and training on managing Non-Suicidal Self-Injury: staff attitudes, work related injuries and coercion in an inpatient setting.

Title: Lessons learned from an action-research of transforming the secure unit in a long-term mental health institution in Slovenia.
The presentations were followed by conversations on the needs of the ENTER network, how can the network support young researchers.
